♥ We came upon your B&B by chance as we had no reservations & there were no vacancies with the usual motels along our way. As we arrived at Misty Meadows we immediately recognized its specialness. We were dog-tired after traveling nearly 450 miles on our Harley-Davidson motorcycle, but were greeted with enthusiasm, cheerfulness & two energizing spirits, Marcia & Pete! Thank you for sharing your home with two complete strangers & making us feel very comfortable & relaxed. It is refreshing to come upon such warm & trusting souls—we believe you are doing just what God intended for you to be doing! Keep your light burning for weary travelers. Always keep room in your hearts and room in your home and you will receive from the world what you give to the world.

♥ This was our first experience with a B&B. I must say our stay at Misty Meadows has been a delightful experience for us. I have to say that the Syretts are very gracious host and that if we ever find our way to Canton, NY again we will be checking in. I want to than you both for a very lovely stay.

And Finally…
♥ Well- here it is- my last night as a resident of the North Country. Its hard to believe that my New York adventure started here almost two years ago while I was house hunting. One of my fondest memories will be my temporary living at Misty Meadows and more importantly, meeting both of you. Thanks for including me in many fun activities, introducing me to new friends, and helping me out after surgery. I don’t know that I’ll be back to the North Country, but if I do return, this will be my first stop! |
