Deposit & Cancellation Policy (The legal Stuff)
A reservation can be held using a valid credit card. Your card will not be charged unless you fail to provide notice of cancellation before 6 PM of the day before your scheduled arrival. Then you will be charged for one nights charge for each room reserved. A room can be held with a deposit (Cash or Check) equal to one nights charge for each room reserved. This deposit will be placed in the owners account. It will be fully refundable if notice of cancellation is received before 6 PM of the day before your scheduled arrival. A required deposit must be received within two weeks of the date of confirmation or the reservation will be cancelled and the room(s) made available for other reservations. A charge of $25 will be assessed for any returned check. |

Check our availability on line and make a request using our secure server or to request information by email please click on the email link below and inform of us of the dates you are interested in, which room(s), and for how many people in each room. We will get back to you as to whether we can accommodate you for those dates. If after we return the information you wish to make a reservation please notify us and we will obtain the needed information from you and send you a confirmation. Check-in is 3 PM and check-out is 11 AM (unless prior arrangements made.) WE ARE A NON-SMOKING FACILITY! |

Room Bedding Arrangements The Mohonk has a Queen bed and can sleep two people. The private bath with shower/tub is in the hall adjacent to it (robes furnished). The Mapleview has a Queen and a Twin bed and can sleep three people. It has an in-room private bath with large corner seat shower. There is room in the Mapleview to add a Twin roll-away bed if required bringing the total to four. The Master has a Queen and a Twin bed. It can sleep three people. There is ample room to add a Twin roll-away if required for additional sleeping room. This room has a Jacuzzi Tub with shower. All rooms have a desk and wireless internet access. We have a Porta-Crib available. |

PETS Please be advised that we do have a resident house cat. Her name is Amanda and her space is the first floor and basement. She is not allowed into the guests rooms. She may be confined to the basement or outdoors if required for a guest’s comfort.. Well behaved small pets are possible provided they have a carrier to sleep in and are not left unattended. This requirement must be followed in order to provide comfort for all our guests, especially anyone with allergies to pets. We have a one time $25 Pet Fee if we okay your bringing them. Please call for approval before bringing any pet with you! |
