With a short 20 minute drive we have access to hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails. Plenty of room for trailers in our driveway and room to test run your sleds. |

Trails are marked and we have maps available. Food and gas available at some trail stops. |

Cross Country trails are available at Higley Flow State Park (15 minutes) and area golf courses in Canton. Higley also maintains trails just for snow shoes. There are numerous marked hiking trails available for winter recreation. |

The closest downhill skiing is located in Malone, NY at Titus Mountain. We are about an hour and three quarters drive from Lake Placid and the home of Whiteface Mountain and the rest of the Olympic Attractions. To check these locations out use the links on our home page.
This area also has the availability of hunting or fishing. Acres of woodland and open fields are available but of course you would need to obtain the land owners approval. A large variety of lakes, rivers and streams provide your choice of fishing options. Ice fishing is a popular sport of the area and fishing derbies are often held in area towns. |
