Stone Valley is a cooperative recreation area in the Town of Colton. It was created and is maintained through the efforts of Brookfield Power, Adirondack Trail Club and the State of NY DEC. There is a trail along both sides of the Raquette River and each is 3.2 miles long. There are side trails in from area roads. Whitewater releases are held several times a year for kayakers. |
